K.E.T.T.L.E. program. Knowledge Easing The Transition from
Learning to Earning. If you would like an industry experienced Chefs Network executive comittee member to come to your
school or college, and talk about the hospitality industry, let us know.
C.A.K.E. program. Chefs Apprentice Knowledge Enhancement
is now operating. "Swap" your your apprentice for another, so that both can gain experience and knowledge, in different work
environments. You, them, and our industry, will benefit from their enhanced knowledge and skills. Send us an email for further

"The Code of New Apprentice Cooks Best Employment Practice" will
be launched on Tuesday 30th May 2006. If you would like to be present at the launch of the most important document
